All credit card orders received by 12:00 noon EST (Monday - Friday) are shipped that day. All credit card orders received after 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the following business day.
All check orders (online or mailed) will be shipped after the check clears (usually 5 to 7 business days).
Courses:
All enrollments in ESTI training courses are valid for one year from the date of the first class. Students are welcome to attend any of our like classes for one year or until passing the exam, whichever comes first. Enrollments are not transferable. Refunds will only be given in the event that the course material is returned to ESTI in unopened condition. All refunds will be subject to a nonrefundable administration fee of 15% of the purchase price of the materials or course (shipping charges are nonrefundable). Absolutely no refunds will be given after 14 days from the delivery of the material. Any student that has attended class will not be entitled to a refund. Study Materials: Refunds will only be given in the event that the course material is returned to ESTI in unopened condition. All refunds will be subject to a nonrefundable administration fee of 15% of the purchase price of the materials or course (shipping charges are nonrefundable). Customer will need to call or e-mail for a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for proper packaging to make sure that the material is returned in new condition. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 14 days from the delivery of the material. Exchanges will only be made in the event that the material was received in damaged condition. Online Courses: Individuals purchasing online testing programs are allowed to use the program for one quiz to see if they like the program. If you have used the program more than once, you will not be entitled to a refund.
