Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63)
ESTI runs regularly scheduled Series 63 classes in Manhattan and on Long Island
The Series 63 is the Blue-Sky license which is accepted by almost all states. ESTI offers in-house classes and courses at our location for this course. The class is taught in
one morning session. No pre-study required.
The Series 63 class covers: Definition of
Terms, Registration Requirements (broker-dealers, agents and investment
advisors), regulation of securities, rule enforcement, fraudulent and prohibited
practices. All students will receive ESTI’s user friendly Series 63 Course Book with final exams.
