Successful completion of the NASD Series 6 exam entitles the representative to solicit and sell mutual funds, variable annuities and variable life insurance contracts.

The Series 6 exam course book covers: Stocks, Debt Securities, Investment Banking, Securities Markets, Taxes, Mutual Funds, Self Regulatory Organizations (SRO’s), Securities Analysis, Retirement Plans, Variable Annuities and Variable Life Insurance.

No Prerequisite

The NASD Series 6 exam is made up of 100 multiple-choice questions. Each student will be given a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes for the exam.
